Venetian Ghetto

We are students of English literature from Ca' Foscari University of Venice. This year we have attended a course focused on the concept of migration in Shakespearean plays. We have been working on an adaptation based on Othello and The Merchant of Venice, namely The Nature of Blood by Caryl Phillips. After analyzing the novel, we decided to develop a creative part on the concept of migration together: we approached the topic from different perspectives.
